Biography

Linnéa’s practice is focused mainly on intellectual property (IP) disputes, IP related agreements and generally advising clients in IP matters and commercialization of intellectual assets.

Linnéa further has experience of knowledge based business development and trademark clearance, portfolio development and management and enforcement, as well as copyright and domain names. 

Linnéa’s work includes drafting and negotiating agreements and transactions in matters involving IP and advising on the IP aspects of transactions.
