Biography

Linnéa’s practice is focused mainly on intellectual property (IP) disputes, IP related agreements and generally advising clients in IP matters and commercialization of intellectual assets.

Linnéa has experience of knowledge-based business development and trademark clearance, portfolio development and management and enforcement, as well as copyright and domain names. 

Linnéa further has experience from several complex and large-scale court proceedings, including high-profile cases in the pharmaceutical sector and a landmark tech-related matter before the Court of Justice of the European Union. 

Linnéa’s work includes drafting and negotiating agreements and transactions in matters involving IP and advising on the IP aspects of transactions. Linnéa is also actively involved throughout the litigation process and is recognized as an emerging talent in high-stakes IP disputes.
