Kristin Lindahl

Biography

Kristin is an IP lawyer with close to 10 years of experience in intellectual property law, specialising above all in trademark strategy, protection, enforcement and defense. She advises a broad spectrum of both Swedish and international companies on everything from trademark clearance and registration to portfolio management, oppositions, disputes, enforcement and defense, and licensing.

She has successfully led brand-entry strategies in multiple jurisdictions, handled oppositions and invalidation actions, and represented clients in trademark infringement and cancellation proceedings.

Kristin’s practice also extends to other areas of “soft” IP law, including designs, copyright, domain names, and advertising, where she has in-depth expertise. She regularly advises on how to secure protection for product and packaging design, advises on copyright protection for applied art, industrial design, and other creative works, and manages domain name portfolios, including dispute resolution under the UDRP and similar systems. Her experience also covers marketing law and advertising compliance, helping companies reduce risk while building strong and innovative campaigns.
